Do Not Sell My Personal Information

1. California Consumer Privacy Act

Skyhook takes user privacy seriously, and our practices are aligned with the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act with an amendment version titled the California Privacy Rights Act effective on January 1, 2023 (collectively, the CCPA). If you are a California resident, please review our Services Privacy Policy and/or our Website Privacy Policy to learn how we use and disclose your personal information, what rights you may have with regard to how we use your personal information, and how to exercise those rights.

2. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Skyhook may collect, receive and/or process information that might be considered to be Personal Information under the CCPA.  We do not sell any Personal Information that you provide to us in order to create an account.  With respect to information collected, received or used in the delivery of our services, we may use such Personal Information for the business and commercial purposes as described in Section 3 our Services Privacy Policy. In particular, we may share device identifiers that are associated with geolocation information or information about inferred interests to third parties. Sharing personal information in this manner may constitute a “sale” under the CCPA. If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt-out from the “sale” of personal information.  To stop Skyhook from selling information (as defined by CCPA) regarding your Mobile Device ID, Wi-Fi router or home IP Address, please follow the opt-out directions provided on our Opt-Out page.
