Craig joined TruePosition, Skyhook’s parent company, in 2005, serving as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration from 2005 to early 2014 and subsequently as Chief Executive Officer. Craig’s role was expanded in early 2016 to include the Chief Executive Officer position at Skyhook and the operations of TruePosition and Skyhook were subsequently combined into one business unit.
Craig has over twenty years of experience serving technology companies. Prior to joining TruePosition, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OpenTV Corp. (Nasdaq: OPTV) and Liberty Broadband Interactive Television. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at TV Guide, Inc. (formerly United Video Satellite Group) (Nasdaq: TVGIA/UVSGA).
Craig holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business from the University of Kansas.
As CTO, Rob leads the team charged with developing Skyhook’s technology working with our partners and customers to develop new wireless location solutions. Rob Anderson is one of the leading global experts in wireless location technology with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications. His proven experience in the field, exemplified by his 64 U.S. patents, helps to expand the company’s portfolio of products and services and further establish Skyhook as a leader in location technology.
Prior to joining Skyhook, Rob held systems engineering positions at Lockheed Martin and TRW (now Northrop Grumman), focusing on satellite cellular systems.
Rob holds both Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
As Chief Technology Evangelist, Kipp works to guide and shape our innovative location intelligence technology. He has spent over 20 years developing technology and strategy for numerous technology startups including NuBridges, PathFire and his own company DirectSight Networks. He’s authored 19 patents for the methods pertaining to Skyhook’s hybrid location technology. Kipp received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska as well as an MS and ABD in CS from Georgia Tech.
As EVP, Strategy Development & General Counsel, Rod manages all of Skyhook's legal affairs, including contract negotiations, technology and patent licensing, intellectual property development and litigation. He also assists in strategic planning and execution for the company.
Prior to joining Skyhook, Rod was an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York City and at Ropes & Gray in Boston. He holds a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Colgate University and a J.D. degree from Columbia Law School.
Mike joined Skyhook’s parent company in 2000 serving as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mike has over 30 years experience in managing startup and middle market companies. Prior to joining Skyhook, Mike held executive positions in both finance and operations at various publicly traded companies. Mike started his career at Ernst and Young where he left as a manager working primarily with early-stage companies. Mike is a CPA and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
Steve is tasked with building partnerships to support Skyhook’s rapidly growing business. Prior to joining Skyhook, Steve was Director of Marketing at edocs, Inc., where he was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s integrated marketing programs and infrastructure. There, Steve generated a fivefold increase of the company’s pipeline and 16 consecutive quarters of revenue growth, leading to the company’s acquisition by Siebel Systems. Steve holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
Nick Knellinger is the Vice President of Product at Skyhook. Nick is responsible for both the strategy and management of the Precision Location product portfolio at Skyhook. He also plays a critical role in driving deep integrations with both customers and partners at nearly every level of the OEM and IoT ecosystems. He has nearly 15 years of international experience in mobile, emerging, and digital marketing technologies. Nick is a CSPO and holds a BS in Management and Information Systems from Boston College.
Melissa Miller is the Director of Marketing at Skyhook. She currently oversees both the Marketing and Customer Success teams at the company and is responsibly for developing and driving the marketing strategy and programs at the company. She has over 10 years of experience in the technology space working on both the customer success and marketing sides of the house. Melissa received her BA from Tufts University.
